Frequently Asked Questions — For Schools
The right format depends on your goals, your available time, and your budget. Assemblies are great for whole-school impact quickly. In-school workshops give a more intimate learning experience. Multi-session programs deliver the deepest, most sustained results. We’ll help you choose during your free consultation.
We come to you. All Futurio Learning programs are delivered on-site at your school, afterschool facility, or community location. There is no need to arrange transportation or off-site venues.
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred dates and allow time for program customization. For popular months (September/October and January/February), earlier is better as dates fill quickly.
We need: a confirmed date and time, the grade level or audience, the number of participants expected, and any specific goals or themes you want the program to address. We take care of all program materials and facilitation.
Yes. Multi-session programs are specifically designed to be delivered across multiple visits. You choose the schedule — weekly, bi-weekly, or another cadence — and we come back as many times as the program requires.
Our primary delivery model is in-person, as we believe face-to-face engagement produces the best outcomes for students and families. Please contact us directly to discuss whether virtual options may be available for specific circumstances.
Starting prices are $750 for an in-school workshop, $1,200 for an assembly, $1,000 for a parent education night, $1,500 for a family workshop and $4,500 for an afterschool enrichment program. Summer camps are quoted individually. Your final price depends on length, group size, materials and customization, and we’ll confirm it in a written quote after a free call. If budget is tight, ask us about sponsored places.
Absolutely. Many of our school partners book a combination of programs throughout the year — for example, a Financial Literacy assembly in the fall, Leadership workshops in winter, and a Family Engagement Night in the spring. We’ll help you build a calendar that serves your goals.
